The resulting flood did significant damage to our property. Restoration 1 was on the job within two hours of my contacting them (on a weekend) and began the mitigation efforts. We were so impressed by their professionalism and skill that we had them do the reconstruction and repairs. We were not disappointed as their crews were highly skilled and very diligent, coming to the home everyday, as well as a few weekend days. They finished the work in a timely manner and we are very pleased with the results. From that point James Garcia took over the project! And all I can saw is Wow! Super professional, always had answers to my questions and if he didn’t he put me in contact with those that had them! Restoration 1 was quickly here and got to work immediately. They did an awesome job. All of the technicians displayed compassion and professionalism at all times. Ray was wonderful in carrying the items in the basement to the garage. He worked tirelessly and climbed the stairs many times but remained professional and cheerful during this. Mitch was the best technician we have ever seen. He is compassionate, caring and professional at all times. We were so pleased to have him as a technician on this job. He explained how things would be done and was quick to answer our many questions. Restoration 1 has a great employee in Mitch and we are so thankful he responded to our disaster. Hopefully we will not have another disaster like this but it is so nice to know there are technicians like Mitch and Ray and a company like Restoration 1 to come to our rescue. read less

Just wanted to talk about an amazing experience I just had with “RESTORATION!” They’re water damage experts!. We had some significant water damage and mildew in the canning storage room? Under the kitchen. Well I am not a fan of this room so I never go in it and no one else does either. In july we had contractors here to instal a new sink. They went to pick it up and it was unavailable. At this point my sink was taken apart… so they put it back together and unbeknownst to us, it leaked for over 5 weeks while we waited for them to come back. It leaked into the room I mentioned above and if u look at the pics u could imagine the horror i felt, and all of my sons thomas the trains were in this room!!! The company that did this decided to call on Mitch and Ray to save the day!!! They came and took the moving boxes out, placed them on plastic and used an insanely super organic cleaner safe for my lungs and my pets!! I have a genetic disorder that affects my lungs, liver, and immune system. I cannot be around anything that might be moldy and producing spores, an masks are always required when entering my home cuz… that could be so detrimental to my health. Mitch and Ray were super fast but my husband said they were so thorough for me it was surreal!!! They kept their masks on for me….and only used the back entrance as requested! They were on their hands and knees scrubbing every nook and cranny in this tiny room. And they even let me know when they were on their way and insisted on doing everything they can to keep my family and I safe! My health was their priority… what an amazing welcome to Colorado from dirty Jerzey☺️ I will always recommend this company! They have my full support! Thanks team!!! What a great welcome to Colorado!!! I hope i dont have to see you guys again but if i do, mitch and ray will be the team I want fixing my home, and keeping it safe for everyone here!! My hotel had major water damage to 17 rooms due to 2 water main breaks. I called them at 5 am and he and his team were there by 6 am cleaning up the water. Once the water was cleaned up they dried everything with fans saving our carpet. They have since done demolition on the rooms and hallways, always cleaning up as they went along with hardly any disturbances to my in house guests. Mitch is at the hotel everyday checking on and making sure the crews are doing what needs to be done. He has made this process very easy and not stressful at all. He has communicated with myself as well as my regional manager on a daily basis and kept us informed every step of the way.
