Fully tiled, rebuilt our shower, installed new tub, painted and even installed a new toilet since it had to be torn out and was not worth re-installing. After the buyers did the home inspection they wanted a few things taken care of. Crawlspace vapor barrier and venting and mold mitigation in the attic. We were very concerned about getting someone out to do the work with everything shutting down. To our surprise, they sent Mitch out within a day to go over our issues. He wore a mask and gloves and all precautions were followed. He was respectful and prompt and assured us it was not a big deal to get things done asap. All tasks were done within a week and we thought the price was very reasonable. Throughout our experience, everyone one was great to work with, Anita in the office, and Mitch, who did all the work, and the supervisor came out for the air quality control test.
